Questions
Is there a free plan?
No — every plan is paid. Artist ($29) is a deliberate, full-quality taste of the studio: enough renders to run a real project and feel the consultation loop, but a working designer will want Studio. There's a launch offer — your first project on us, plus bonus renders.
Will my plan renew automatically?
Yes. Your plan renews at the end of each billing period so your work is never interrupted. You can cancel any time from your account, and you keep access until the period you've already paid for ends.
How many rooms can I design?
It depends on your plan: about 50 renders a month on Artist, ~600 on Studio, and ~1,500 on Teams. Every plan includes the consultation loop — the chamber critiques a specific element, you surgically fix only that element, and the chamber re-reviews. You can buy more renders any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you move to a smaller plan, your current plan stays active until the end of the period, then the new one begins.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account settings. There's no cancellation fee, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is my project work kept private?
Yes. Your rooms, references, and designs are yours. We don't sell your data, and project content you mark confidential is never used to train models shared with other customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by our payment provider. Your full card number is handled by the processor — we never see or store it.
